The processes are too linear – there isn’t much done in parallel, which means precious time is being wasted. The processes are also inconsistent – communication methods and data management varies among users and steps of the process. There is no evidence of data sharing nor does there appear to be any forward visibility to the impacts of decisions made on downstream processes.
